Product Description

GM-065-11 is photo-curing adhesive designed for the bonding of HIPS and PS plastics. This product can fast-cure and is transparent under the ultraviolet. Showing perfect adhesion strength, This resin is an excellent Photo-curing adhesive and the adhesion strength is stronger than the original materials.

Characteristics

This product has toughness, shock resistance and thermal shock resistance. This resin shows excellent surface dryness after curing. This product exhibits high adhesion strength. After fast-cure, the line of rubber is transparent and clear.

Cure Schedule

Light hardness condition : With the ultraviolet ray light source of the PHILIPS HPA400 S wave-length 365 nm. Projecting light upon the energy accumulates to go to 1500~3000 mj/cm2 of hardening under condition.UV accumulates energy form: Virtuous make Baier-UV/UV-RADCOL advanced.

Storage and Shelf Life

This product should be kept without any possibility of light exposure. Replace lid immediately after use. This product has a one year minimum shelf life when stored in dark place below 14~34°C in original, unopened containers.

Caution

Some findings indicate a lack of potential for carcinogenicity with the compositions of this product by long term recurrent application to the skin. However, contact with skin is likely to produce mild transient reddening. It is important to remove adhesive from skin with soap and water thoroughly. This product is of moderate acute toxicity by swallowing. If swallowed, induce vomiting at once and call a physician. Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact, flush with water for at least 15 minutes and get medical attention immediately. For specific information on this product, consult the Material Safety Data Sheet.
